Processing Time

I will need at least 2-3 weeks to make and package any and all orders. This is not how long it will take for items to ship that is how long it will take for me to prepare your order to ship. once an item is delivered to USPS it is out of my hands and USPS is responsible for it. to check the status of your order once it is shipped out please view the tracking number included with your order. 

Stickers

All stickers excluding sticker packs are shipped through USPS using letter mail (stamps) and do not come with a tracking number. If you would like to purchase tracking for your sticker order please do so here https://rebekahhatrakart.com/products/add-tracking-to-your-sticker-order . 

Customs and Import Tax

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs. 

Wrong Address

In the event of a wrong address you the customer are responsible for paying any extra additional shipping fees. Please contact me through email at rebekahhatrakart@gmail.com if you believe you have put down the wrong address when placing your order. Packages will be returned to my PO box, once I receive the item(s) I will contact you about additional postage fees. additional postage fees can be sent to me through PayPal or Venmo. In the event that the item(s) are not returned to my PO box, no refunds will be issued.

If your order includes an apparel item(s) you will be charged an additional shipping fee.
