Refund policy

Returns/ Exchanges

I do not accept any returns or exchanges on any products including but not limited to, Mystery boxes, apparel items, and Minni Paintings. 

The only time I will accept an exchange is if I mistakenly send out the wrong product. If you receive a different item from what you purchased please reach out to me within 5 days of receiving your order at rebekahhatrakart@gmail.com If you reach out to me after 5 days the offer no longer applies. All items that were mistakenly sent out must be shipped back to me before the correct item will be sent out. I will provide you with a shipping label to send back the wrong product. 

Cancelations of Orders

I do not accept any cancelations on any orders whatsoever. Please plan accordingly with my processing time of 2-3 weeks and shipping time of 1-2 weeks before placing any orders for gifts. If your item does not arrive on time for a specific day or event I will not accept any cancelations of any orders. 

Changes to existing orders

Once you place an order in my shop no changes can be made to the existing order. If you forget to add a product to your cart after checking out and really want that item you will have to make a separate purchase for that item(s) and pay for additional shipping charges. 

Changes to Shipping Method

Once you have placed your order and have chosen your shipping method I am unable to change it once the order is placed. the shipping method you chose at checkout is how long it will take for USPS to deliver your package to you and not how long it will take for me to package your order. please review my processing time for more information on how long it will take for your order to be delivered to the post office.

Stolen or Missing Packages

Once an item is shipped out and in the hands of USPS I am no longer responsible for the packages or the item(s) inside the package. I will not replace or refund items that went missing in transit or that were stolen after delivery. Especially but not limited to Apparel items and Mini Paintings. 

If your package is lost or stolen please contact USPS at their customer support line 1 (800) 275-8777 for further instruction and please have your tracking number readily available when contacting USPS.

If you are afraid of your package becoming lost or stolen the best thing you can do is to add insurance to your order. If you can not locate how to purchase insurance feel free to email me at rebekahhatrakart@gmail.com and I will add Insurance to your package once I package it for an additional charge. Payments for the additional charge can be made through Venmo or PayPal. Depending on the cost of your order insurance fees may differ. if you place an order that exceeds over $50 USD it will automatically come with insurance.

Damaged Items

If your items were damaged in transit please reach out to me within 5 days of receiving your order through email NOT SOCIAL MEDIA at rebekahhatrakart@gmail.com and include your order number and a picture of the damaged item(s). I will happily replace any items except apparel that were damaged in transit.

If an apparel item(s) is damaged in transit please contact me for the order number and tracking information of the item(s). Then you must contact Printful through their customer support services for further instructions. 

Wrong Address

In the event of a wrong address you the customer are responsible for paying any extra additional shipping fees. Please contact me through email at rebekahhatrakart@gmail.com if you believe you have put down the wrong address when placing your order. Packages will be returned to my PO box, once I receive the item(s) I will contact you about additional postage fees. additional postage fees can be sent to me through PayPal or Venmo. In the event that the item(s) are not returned to my PO box, no refunds will be issued. In the event your package is not sent back to me and I do not receive it within 2-3 weeks of being notified of the wrong address, you will have to re-purchase the items that were in your order and I will Personally notify you through email with further instructions if this is the case.

If your order includes an apparel item(s) you will be charged an additional shipping fee.

Letter Mail Packages US customers only

all of my stickers excluding some sticker packs (not including oopsie sticker mystery packs) are sent out through letter mail using stamps for US customers only. this is to make my stickers more affordable for those who are financially unable to pay for tracked shipping along with the sticker(s) they would like. Because these items are untracked I am not able to replace/ refund packages that were either stolen or lost in transit. if your stickers inside your envelope arrive damaged please contact me within 5 days of receiving your package including photos of the damaged item(s) and I will be able to either refund you or replace the damaged goods. letter mail can take anywhere from 3 business days to one month (or longer) to receive in the mail. if you would like to pay for tracked shipping for your stickers I have an option where you can pay for additional postage in the sticker section of my shop to have tracking added to your order.
